CANCELLATIONS NO-SHOW POLICY
At Barbering by Ami, I value my clients' time and my own time as well. Each appointment is an opportunity for me to offer personalized and exceptional service, but it also means that I have dedicated a specific time slot just for you. If you are running late, it may run into another client's appointment time and cause inconvenience for both you and the next client. And if you miss your appointment without letting me know, it means that valuable time and potential income is lost for myself. That's why I have established the following policy:
Late Appointments:
If you arrive 10 minutes or more late to an appointment, it will be considered a missed appointment, and you will need to reschedule for a different time. No fee will be charged for the missed appointment if you reschedule your next appointment. If you cancel, 100% of your appointment will be charged for being late. If a pattern of missed appointments becomes apparent, I reserve the right to decline future appointments for that client.
Cancellations:
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please cancel or reschedule through e-mail or text at least 24 hours before the appointment time. I understand that unexpected circumstances can arise, but please be considerate of my time and other clients who may be waiting for an appointment.
For first-time clients, failure to cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice will result in the refusal of future appointments.
For regular clients, cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be considered a no-show, and a fee of 100% of the scheduled service cost will be charged.
No-Shows:
Not showing up for an appointment without informing me is considered a no-show. For no-shows, a fee of 100% of the scheduled service cost will be charged. Missed appointments without 24 hour notice are considered no-shows, and they have a significant impact on my business.
Any additional no-shows will result in the loss of the right to receive haircuts at Barbering by Ami. Payment for a haircut serves as confirmation for your next appointment, and without payment, I will not provide a haircut.

HAIRCUT MEMBERSHIP PACKAGE POLICY
At Barbering by Ami, I strive to provide the best haircutting services and exceptional customer experience to my valued clients. To ensure transparency and clarity, I have established the following No Refund Policy for our haircut packages. By purchasing any of the haircut packages, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below:
Package Duration:
b. Haircut packages have an expiration date, which is clearly communicated at the time of purchase. It is the responsibility of the client to utilize all haircuts within the designated time frame that is 365 days. Expired haircuts will not be refunded or extended.
The haircut package is designed to provide value for up to 365 days from the Effective Date, until the Expiration Date.
a. Any unused services or benefits associated with the package will expire once the package reaches its expiration date.
b. Haircut packages have an expiration date, which is clearly communicated at the time of purchase. It is the responsibility of the client to utilize all haircuts within the designated time frame that is 365 days. Expired haircuts will not be refunded or extended.
c. Unused Haircuts: In the event that a client fails to use all haircuts within the expiration period, the unused haircuts will not be refunded or credited back to the client.
Redemption:
a. Please note that the package is exclusively redeemable by the purchaser and is non-transferable.
b. Additional services requested will be provided based on availability and charged separately for transparency in pricing.
Service Modifications:

Force Majeure: I cannot be held responsible for circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or unforeseen events that may affect the delivery of services. In such cases, refunds will not be granted.
Tracking of haircuts:
a. Each visit will be tracked and recorded through haircut reminders and providing a receipt after each haircut, ensuring a seamless experience for the client. I prioritize customer satisfaction by maintaining accurate records of haircut usage, sending timely reminders, and offering detailed receipts for every service rendered.
